Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Swiftees collects through swifteesapparel.com, how we use it, and what you can do about it.

Who we are

Swiftees LLC is a custom apparel company at 29 South Hill Plaza Drive, Ripley, WV 25271. You can reach us at hello@swifteesapparel.com or (304) 372-2966.

What we collect

• Information you send us. When you use our quote form or email us, we get your name, company, email, phone number, project details and any files you attach.
• Basic usage data. Our website host (Webflow) automatically records basic technical information, like pages visited and browser type, to keep the site running. We don't use any analytics tools, and this isn't tied to your name.

How we use it

• To reply to you, quote your project and complete your order.
• To keep records of past orders so reorders are easier.
• To see how the website is used so we can fix problems.

We don't sell your information, and we don't send marketing email unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the website and our business, such as our website host (Webflow), our email provider and shipping carriers, when we ship your order. They can only use it to provide their service to us.

Cookies

Our site only uses cookies it needs to work. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

Online stores

When you order from an online store we run for a company, school or nonprofit, we collect your name, shipping address and order details to fill your order. Payments are made by major credit or debit card through a secure payment processor, and we never see your full card number. The group that runs the store may see who ordered and what.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and order information as long as we need it for the work and for our business records, generally 7 years. Ask us and we'll delete what we don't need to keep.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we have about you. Email hello@swifteesapparel.com and we'll take care of it.

Children

This site is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
