How long does an order take?
Most orders take 2–3 weeks from proof approval. Need it sooner? Rush orders are available for a $75 fee. Tell us your date and we'll let you know what's possible.
How big an order can you handle?
Anything from 12 items to 50,000+. Our shop can produce up to 2,500 items a day.
How do I get a quote?
Tell us what you need, how many and when, by email or with the quote form. We'll reply with pricing and a recommendation.
Which decoration method should I choose if I don't know?
That's what we're here for. Screen printing suits larger orders with a few solid colors. Embroidery suits uniforms, hats and jackets. DTF handles full-color designs and smaller runs. Heat transfer is for names, numbers and personalization. Tell us what you're making and we'll recommend one.
What artwork file should I send?
We accept any file, but only vector art is print-ready: AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. PNG, JPG and other files work as a starting point. If we need to recreate your art, there's a $75 art fee, and we'll always tell you before it applies.
Will I see a proof before you print?
Always. Nothing is printed or stitched until you approve the proof.
How does a company store work?
There's no setup cost. You pick the items and variations, we build the store, and your team orders their own sizes. Employees can pay as they order, use an allowance you set, or use coupon codes. We can also build a store that only collects orders, and invoice your company afterward.
How does a fundraiser store work?
We set up fundraiser stores for schools, churches and nonprofits. Supporters order online, and part of each sale goes to your group. Stores usually stay open 2–3 weeks. After the store closes, orders take about 3 weeks to make and ship. You never handle money, sizes or inventory.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the US: to one address, to each of your locations, or to each employee. We ship UPS ground. Within about 200 miles of Ripley, orders arrive in 1 day; within about 600 miles, 2 days; and within about 1,200 miles, 3 days.
